Vision for God’s Online Church
Mission Statement:
“To lead people to salvation through Jesus Christ, fulfill the will of God the Father, and establish a Spirit-filled community of believers who walk in love, operate in the fruits of the Spirit, serve others, and are empowered to transform the world by doing God’s work. Through Christ, we proclaim freedom, healing, deliverance, the abundant life, and prosperity, as we trust in God’s principles of tithes and offerings to further His kingdom.”
Vision Statement
God’s Church is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led community that embodies the will of the Father by:
1. Proclaiming Salvation through Jesus Christ
• “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
• “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
2. Walking in Love and Unity
• “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:34-35)
• “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” (Ephesians 4:2)
3. Empowering Believers to Fulfill God’s Will
• “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 7:21)
• “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)
4. Living and Operating in the Fruits of the Holy Spirit
We strive to reflect Christ through the fruit of the Spirit:
• “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)
5. Serving Others as Christ’s Ambassadors
• “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45)
• “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)
6. Being Spirit-Led and Empowered to Use Spiritual Gifts
• “Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.” (1 Corinthians 12:7)
• “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:4)
7. Proclaiming Freedom, Healing, and Deliverance through Christ
• “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
• “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.” (Luke 4:18)
• “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
8. Living Life Abundantly and Walking in Prosperity
• “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10)
• “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2)
• “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
9. Trusting God’s Principles of Tithes and Offerings
• “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” (Malachi 3:10)
• “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.” (Proverbs 3:9-10)
